Hi,

I was just taking a walk when I saw a huge rush at a Nokia Priority dealer yesterday.

I went there and asked around to know that you can quote your battery serial no. along with your address details there. Nokia will courier a brand new battery if yours need to be replaced!

So, if you're in doubt just go to a Nokia dealer and they'll help you out!
