It is a video about IRAQ strategy that is only if you know what Bush is doing in IRAQ. It has just been mimicked using an 'I-RACK' kinda model. And finally The I-RAN (IRAN) model as well.
You need to know what bush is doing and the additional amount of troops and his strategy in IRAQ to truly understand this video.
