Hey FLoyd you can get a 250GB SATA2 HDD for that price... Get a Western Digital instead of Seagate since the former has 16 MB buffer as compared to 8 MB in Seagate... Performance is better too...
Also Intel has recently cut the prices of its proccys, but will take some time to reflect here...So I suggest you wait for a couple of weeks...Then maybe you can get a E6750 for the price of a E6420 
And I would suggest you to stick with 800Mhz ram...It will help both in general and overclocking performance...
