Upon receiving the June issue of Digit in hand I found that the software DVD is missing in the pack but it had two copies of the Office 2007 CD. Immediately I mailed at help@jasubhai.com and received an automated acknowledgment but with no subsequent response. Later I again mailed to the address but it's all the same. Months back, I had once received a damaged CD with Digit. At that time I contacted with Digit and got another CD very soon. However I am sorry to find that through months, Digit's practice changed. It no more cares for it's readers.
