I have Both with C2D !!! SATA-II, SATA and PATA, only thing which i noticed that placing the page file on SATA-II (cosidring that OS in a Diffrente Drive) give a little fast system

My Config, C2D E6600 / P5E-E SLi / 3GB DDR-II
