actually ppl have a very wrong perception of core 2 duo being better than everything else...yes i agree that it is a new architecture but nowhere u can question amd because trust me in day to day browsing u wont even able to tell me the difference between the two...also every1 is not born with a lavish budget to spend...had i gone for the core 2 duo quivalent of amd x2 5200 i.e E6420 i would have paid 10000 for the processor and another 5800 for the motherboard and another 2k for a very low end graphics card...and that makes no sense... amd 690g integrated gfx is the best available right now as then combo which i got for 12500 u can compare with E6420 & mobo for arnd 16000 (also add 2k for gpu)+2k= 18k...now tell me wts da diff...and for your info i dont overclock srry not for me!

buddy if u can wait for a month or two...u can get the quad core arnd 12k range...i wanted to go for that but i had to buy a pc so din have ne option...if u can wait just hold on for a month or so..
