In windows explorer
1. Go to "Tools-->Folder Options"
2. Select the "File Types" tab
3. Select the file type of "Folder".
4. Click on "Advanced"
5. Under the "Actions" select "Open"
6. Click on "Set Default"
7. Click OK

You can also delete the open(0) option if required
