Which card should i Buy

i have a intel 865GBF Motherboard, 200GB HDD, 512 MB 400MHZ RAM, PIV 2.8 HT Processor.
Can anyone please tell me which graphic card i should buy. i dont know anything abt graphic cards.
My budget is Rs.8000/-
