256 mb ram is very low ...adn u will be using win xp..over that u have all system hungry s/w installed...obviosly it will lag...
The xplainnation given by shopkeeper is crap
..really i can just laugh..if Amd Sempron 1.5Ghz is latest proc ..then ask him if C2D is to be launched yet

for better perofrmance u have to increase ur ram...no other option..u can try few reg tweaks..but wil not help much...
Abt SPy 007 it will be a trial ware..which after specific period will expire on its own..asking u buy it....and no CRACKING stuf discused on this forum..read the forum rules....buy it or uninstal it and use soem freeware
