Regarding to the Desktop Right-click problem, open regedit and goto:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\
Explorer
in right-cide pane, make sure there is no DWORD value named
NoViewContextMenu, if its there, simply delete it
and regarding to disable the "Its now safe to turn off screen", it seems that ur mobo doesnt support ATX
