As far as the book is concerned, I can heartily recommend "A+ hardware certification guide" by Mike Meyers (TMH). Costs about Rs. 550/- . You probably don't need anything else. Comes with CD, which has practice tests, demo classes & everything. Good book if you are taking the exam.
