4Shared is simply too good... It allows one to create sub folders and share both particular files or entire folder with people. There is no time restriction as to how many days the files will remain in their server. All you have to take care is that you log in your account atleast once in a month.

The only back point I found with this site is the uploading feature which I feel is a bit faulty somethimes. Downloads are pretty smooth and fast...
