Err.. if you can see it on Linux, go to Windows now, Tools > Folder Options > View tab > Deselect Hidden File and System File show option. Now see if you can view the files
If its just hidden, remove that arrtibute via the Properties of the file. If its system file type hiding, run ATTRIB function on the file with a -s parameter.
