I have no idea why that's so with you, it works fine for me. Maybe a network problem for a moment for either side.

One suggestion from my little experience  . Don't give unlimited parked/add-on domains.  Someone will start hosting business with 50MB space and rope in clients who don't care for cPanel access. |

By default, we provide 999 specifications for subdomains, emails, etc. and we check if they are being misused or using more server resources. We have further solutions if client needs are more.
Before someone asks - backup is daily onsite and weekly offsite but, as a disclaimer no gurantee that we will have up-to-date backup. So, it is suggested to have own backups regularly.
