Motherboard -> Gigabyte GA-8N-SLI Quad Royal or Gigabyte GA-8I955X Royal
Processor -> Intel Pentium D 820/830/840 any of these
Ram -> 2GB (1GB x 2 sticks)
Graphics Card -> Anything above 6600gt (which comes in ur budget).

For price check with ur local vendors.

By the way AMD runs cooler than INTEL. So no heating problem with AMD.
