If you're sure that you saved them in your D: drive then it must be there. remember after reinstalling windows you also have to reinstall the game.. So better install it in C: drive (where windows is) and creating backup file in D: drive where you can copy and paste the settings and saved games,etc under name "FIFA 2005"(or 06) its the same..
