so go for an asus nforce 3 150 MOBO (SK8N)
or via chipset if u want ( i dun recommend ) that is the SK8V
above are for athlon 64 processors ( socket 940 )
if u want support for 939 pin processors theres the asus k8v on the via chipset (A8V)
the nforce chipset (nForce4) isnt released yet .. i suggest u wait till next year till this is done .. itll be worth it
for athlon 64 ( socket 754 ) there is K8V (Via chipset )
and K8N ( nforce3 250 gb)
