advantages:
i) onboard Creative SB Live 7.1! audio
ii) SLI
iii) high overclockability
disadvantages:
i) High Price
ii) Can't think of anything else!
The K8N diamond has extra sata ports/ dual gigabit ethernet / more usb
than the Neo4 Platinum
