hmm..delete ur message/sms's and also some other stuff like fotos, etc.
how many system apps do u have running at a time ? check that up. maybe some app like ivsm, antivirus, etc which authostart r gobbling ur resources.
use appman or fexplorer : it has an option to compress/free memory. fexplorer is freeware.
