Start with C or C++. Don't even think about Pascal or Basic or other such languages, I feel they'll be a waste of time (since you're around 18 years old, it's not a good idea to learn Basic, as it's good only for Class VI or VII students and you're way past that). Pascal is now obsolete, even it's compiler(Turbo Pascal) is free, so I won't recommend this either.
To learn it, join some course if you want to learn it fast and/or buy a book on C and C++, like Let Us C and Let Us C++. Let Us C(4th ed) is a real value for money, but I don't think it's a good idea to buy Let Us C++ if you're directly starting with C++.
