U can use Resource Hacker to edit
%windir%\System32\logonui.exe file, this file contains the login page images, text and all other things!
Or u can use many s/w available on net to change the login page.
Third option is u can d/l readymade Login screen from net and use my favorite
Tuneup Utilities to change the default one.
