want the best buy for a graphics card for 3k-4k

comp specs are:
AMD athlon 1800+
MB: Asus A7n266-VM(one 4x agp slot)
256DDR at 266Mhz

Thats 512 MB at 266mHz(forgot I got another stick!!)
