Nokia 3230 is under ur budget.. comes around 14

U can go for Nokia 6600 Rs, 10500 + a FM headset addon original Rs. 1200

Will say go for 6600 if gaming freak.. can play 60% of ngage games..

and will be hell expensive if u buy original ngage games.. and i didnt like QD much.. old ngage was much better
