To Freshseasons, sit it out for sometime, sorry, but that's the way things are.
To everyone else, before jumping to conclusions about how the mods and admins are misbehaving with the members, think about how the members themselves behave towards us.
Have spoken to the admins, we have decided to keep the offensive posts and announce the ban in that post itself, so future offenders can know why they were banned.
