Hi Disc Junkie,

Thank you for your quick response. I followed the instructions you suggested and the computer started working fine, then i updated my antivirus software and the system has become very unstable. When I boot the system it goes to a blue screen indicating a physical memory dump. I rebooted in safe mode and uninstalled the antivirus software and it's still unstable. Any suggestions on how to proceed from here.
