goshhh I just bought the system in nov and its already outdated

BUDGET IS NO ISSUE as i will use the same card for the new i7 rig

but also when i get the new rig another concern is should i use one gpu or two??? there we discussions around OC and i dun wanna do it (heard that it reduces the life of mobo/processor). is it correct??
