Pity the OP is not from Kolkata. Jindal Computers in Kolkata have their own brand of 450W PSU, manufactured in their factory in China. (I'm not from Kolkata either, but I buy lots of stuff from the city).

I've fitted it in dozens of computers for friends and acquaintances over the past 4/5 years and only one has failed so far. And that was after a severe power fluctuation.

It has a large quiet fan and build quality is OK. Price should be less than 1k.
