Even now, I would say that Phenom II 940 + Gigabyte 780G based config will rip off Quad core + G31 based config without mercy. The Q8200+G31 is no match for the 940+780G monster. But you will never understand. Please don't cry later why your 40k pc is not giving enough performance. G31 is for those who are on a shoe string budget and for PC that costs inside 20k.
