You need to update the game to latest V1.3.0 patch. You can download it from here: http://files.filefront.com/Devil+May.../fileinfo.html
I doubt if the custom keyboard configuration has been fixed, but gamepad can be customised with this patch.
Also please don't post everything in upper cases the next time.
