AntiViruses in general lull users to false sense of security.
Personally I feel Common Sense Should Prevail.

Opera/Firefox + Disable Scripts/No Script Add-On + SuRun + Common Sense == WIN (for Windows)
OR
*nix + Common Sense == WIN
