She is a paying customer so she deserves to get support from Ubuntu on phone just like she can get on phone via Microsoft. We in India pirate, but in USA piracy is low so since they are paying, they demand support.

No, she doesn't. General public doesn't know about all this & there is no "Get Started" Wizard in Ubuntu either showing all the features etc
