Re: Clock setting goes wrong in linux
Just change the time in the BIOS to GMT ie make it 5 1/2 hours backward. Ubuntu messes it as it doesnt give an option to choose That Hardware clock is set to Local Time.
Eg: Suppose its 11 AM local time but it would show 4:30 PM in Ubuntu bcoz of +5 hrs 30 minutes,just change the BIOS clock to 5:30 AM. Now all the OS will show correct time.
