^^^ there will be differences in the amt of AF & AA that u can apply and aslo in how much eye candy u can enable in games.
i think u sud get a Palit HD4850 512MB GDDR3 for something like 10k.
had this card,didnt face any heating probs.

and if ur interested in buying 2nd hand then i'm selling my 1month old HD4870 for 15k
