Ok, first level of review.
I've received the Dec'08 copy Today, which is quite amazing, its only 3rd!!!

And I've not yet received my Nov'08 copy

. After complaining to Editor got a mail (on 24th Nov) dat my copy is going to reach me within 5days, but those fcuking terrorists ruined everything. Do I need to mail again?
