Nokia E65: Another phone we can only buy in our dreams

Posted on 16-04-2009

Another possible Blackberry killer on the loose? Lets find out.

The Nokia E75 is the next phone by Nokia in their E series of business phones. This one seems to be heavily focused on providing a full features email experience, with support for almost all major mobile connectivity options such as GRPS, EDGE, HSDPA, and even Wi-Fi. It supports downloading and viewing attachments. It even features a dedicated email key!

Nokia seems to be focusing a lot of its promotions and advertisements to highlight its impressive email capabilities. This seems to be essentially its main feature, since besides this it has the usual features found in most Nokia phones and business phones. Another salient feature of the phone is its slide out QWERTY keyboard, which will, of course, make typing email much easier!

For those who have some personal life left over after all the emailing, the phone also supports two different and separate home screen modes for personal and business use. The phone's multimedia features too are above par, with a 3.2MP camera, with flash and zoom, and video recording up-to 640x480 at 30fps.

Overall this phone will be quite impressive for any business user, however if your idea of portable emails is taking a printout and reading on the way, I think you already have the cheaper solution.
