The Nokia N8 was officially launched today, a day after the Russians got their hands on it, and from what we can see of it now, they definitely got the real deal. While this may have been pre-emptive action to avoid any further bad news about the product, we’re still excited to see Nokia’s flagship and the first Symbian^3 phone in all its glory, and many colours.
It’s to be launched at 370 Euros, which roughly translates to about Rs, 22,000. It will come with Ovi Maps support for over 70 countries, and is expected to release in Q3 2010. The phone will also feature Flash support and Flash Lite 4.0, apart from social networking (with Nokia Social Client), instant messaging (Nokia Messaging), and business application.
