MSI shows off GE603 gaming-multimedia laptop with Nvidia graphics
Looks like MSI is getting to ship another gaming machine, the 15.6-inch GE603 laptop. Meant primarily to be a multimedia device, don’t expect it to play everything on max settings. Offering the choice of a Core i5-460M, i5-450M or i5-430M processor, the GE603 laptop has NVIDIA GeForce GT 425M (1GB) for discrete graphics, up to 8GB of DDR3 RAM (1066MHz) for memory, and a choice of 320/500/640GB hard drives for storage.

Other specifications include HDMI and VGA outputs, SRS Premium Sound, 720p webcam, DVD writer, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, 4xUSB 2.0 sockets, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, 5-in-1 card reader, Gigabit Ethernet, and a 9-cell Li-ion battery. It will feature Windows 7 as the operating system. There are no details about the pricing and availability of the MSI laptop, but it is expected to arrive by the end of the year.
